Sync Motorola Milestone email/calendar with Microsoft Exchange.

On my milestone, I have setup the link to my Microsoft Exchange Server. My email is working great, sync is running just like I wanted. But it is not pulling anything from my calendar. I have used the basic email app that came standard on the phone. Can anyone tell me how to get it to pull my appointments from calendar ?
